Lauren specializes in integrative massage combining both Eastern and Western modalities to address clients' needs. Techniques include Swedish, Deep tissue, Myofascial release, Tui Na (Chinese medical massage), Thai, Sports and Prenatal massage. Lauren is certified in MaMassage® Prenatal Massage through the NCBTMB.

Sessions begin with an intake and postural assessment. To complement the massage, heat therapy, essential oils and guided breathwork are utilized as requested and indicated.
